Shipping Information
- Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all U.S. orders.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $125.
We ship most orders with UPS Ground because we've had the best experience with their reliability and delivery times. Since packages generally pass through fewer hands, we've found this helps orders arrive safely and consistently. If UPS Ground isn't available, we'll select the best alternative carrier.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages: While we are not liable for lost packages, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a solution.
Order Processing Time: 7-14 Business days. Since we're shipping fragile materials, we pack our orders with great care and great care takes time. :)
Refund Policy
- Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. Invoices left unpaid for over 24 hours without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of your items.
