Shipping Costs: We calculate shipping at a flat rate by weight.
- 0-5LB orders are a flat rate of $8
- 5LB-10LB orders are a flat rate of $15
- Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100
These prices cover most 0-10 pound packages across the US, including shipping materials etc. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages: While we are not liable for lost packages, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a solution.
Order Processing Time: 5-10 Business days. Since we're shipping fragile materials, we pack our orders with great care and great care takes a bit of time. :)
Refund Policy
- Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. Invoices left unpaid for over 24 hours without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of your items.
